Job summary

The Boden Group is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to service a multi-site portfolio across Bristol. The role is mobile, combining planned preventative maintenance with fault-finding and reactive repairs.

You'll carry out maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, diagnose building services faults, and maintain site records. A time-served apprenticeship, clean driving licence, and experience with building management systems are essential.

Qualifications

• A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Demonstrable building services engineering knowledge and fault-finding skills.
• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• A clean driving licence.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical experience preferred.
• IPAF, PASMA or an L8 qualification, or familiarity with Microsoft Office and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose, test and repair electrical building services equipment.
• Complete non-specialist building fabric maintenance and respond to repair callouts.
• Update PPM tasks in the maintenance system and maintain accurate site records.
• Inspect services and work in plant rooms and at height from platforms and ladders.
• Follow company quality assurance, site and health and safety procedures.
