Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer based in Bristol to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and building fabric across a multi-site portfolio. The role blends planned preventive maintenance with fault-finding and reactive repairs, requiring travel across sites.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical building services, and ensure accurate site records.

Qualifications

Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent training.
Demonstrable building services knowledge and fault finding skills.
Customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently.
Clean driving licence.
HVAC, plumbing or electrical experience preferred.
IPAF, PASMA or L8 qualification, or familiarity with BMS.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Diagnose, test and repair electrical building services equipment.
Complete non-specialist building fabric maintenance and respond to repair callouts.
Update PPM tasks in the maintenance system and maintain accurate site records.
Inspect services and work in plant rooms and at height from platforms and ladders.
Follow company quality assurance, site and health and safety procedures.
