• C&G Level 2/3 in a relevant trade required.
• Experience in commercial reactive and preventative maintenance needed.
• 18th Edition ideal but can be provided.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on the 7 site’s mechanical and electrical equipment (commercial offices).
• AHUs, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms etc.
• Diagnose, organise, and carry out remedial repairs, ensuring tasks are owned and completed from start to finish.
• Identify required materials and order through approved suppliers.

What We Need From You:

• C&G Level 2/3 in a relevant trade.
• 18th Edition would be ideal but can put through course if needed.
• Experience working reactive and preventative maintenance in a commercial setting.
