CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join the healthcare team, supporting GenesisCare cancer treatment centres across East London, Essex and the South East. This field-based, client-facing role requires travel between sites to perform planned maintenance and reactive repairs.

You will ensure safety and compliance, supervise contractors, and maintain records. A full UK driving licence and electrical qualifications are essential, with an emphasis on autonomy and strong

Responsibilities

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks across healthcare sites
• Diagnose and resolve reactive maintenance issues
• Carry out routine compliance inspections and statutory checks
• Supervise specialist contractors and service providers
• Manage permits, safe systems of work and contractor access
• Support electrical, HVAC, water hygiene, fire safety and general building services activities
• Maintain electronic compliance records and documentation
• Build strong working relationships with centre teams and stakeholders

Are you an electrically qualified engineer looking for a mobile role with variety, autonomy and responsibility?CBRE is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join our healthcare team, supporting a portfolio of GenesisCare cancer treatment centres across East London, Essex and the South East.This is a client-facing position where you'll work independently across multiple sites, delivering planned maintenance, reactive repairs, compliance activities and contractor supervision within busy healthcare environments.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for supporting a portfolio of healthcare centres across:ElstreeChelmsfordMaidstoneRoyal Tunbridge WellsYou'll act as CBRE's on-site engineering representative, ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant and operational for clinical teams and patients.You must be comfortable travelling regularly between sites and managing your own workload.

What You'll Be Doing

Working Pattern
