Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, seeks a Multi-Skill Carpenter to maintain and repair homes across Malvern, Ledbury and Bromyard. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring and decoration in residents' homes, manage jobs end-to-end, and ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Qualified in Carpentry (NVQ L2 or equivalent) with a full driving licence, you will work in a mobile role with a van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Carpentry with flooring, plastering, tiling and decoration skills.
• Experience delivering multi-trade work in people’s homes.
• Full driving licence required; van with fuel card provided.
• DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-skilled maintenance works in customers' homes.
• Manage jobs from inspection to completion and post-inspection.
• Deliver right-first-time work with strong customer service.
• Be mobile and coordinate with the Localities Area Manager.
