Qualifications

• NVQ L2 Plumbing is essential.
• Experience delivering multi-trade repairs in social housing or council settings.
• Desirable: additional trade skills (carpentry, plaster patching, decorating, tiling).
• Experience delivering multi-trade work and good organisational skills.
• Ability to keep jobs on track and work efficiently to complete works.
• Good IT skills; PDA experience; familiarity with Microsoft and Outlook email.
