Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is seeking a Multi Skill Trades Carpenter based in Worcestershire and Oxfordshire. You will focus on carpentry while delivering void refurbishments and related works across residents’ homes.

You will be mobile across towns and must have a full driving licence. The role includes overtime opportunities and benefits through the employer’s scheme.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Carpentry.
• Experience as a Carpenter in the building trade.
• Experience delivering multi-trade work in housing.
• Good IT skills and able to use a PDA / Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade carpentry in residents' homes.
• Deliver Voids Refurbishments and repairs.
• Work flexibly across Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
