Job summary

The AA is expanding its Mobile Mechanics service across the UK. We are seeking a proactive coordinator to manage customer calls and emails, create and manage appointments, and collaborate with dispatchers to keep customers informed.

You will support a network of Mobile Mechanics, ensure a smooth service, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment with strong communication and organisational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage calls, emails and appointments.
• Collaborative approach with dispatchers and mobile mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and queries, contributing to a positive experience.
• Manage customer email inboxes in a timely, organised way.
• Create and manage customer appointments, keeping service organized.
• Work with dispatchers to manage arrival expectations and keep customers informed.
• Provide ongoing support to our network of Mobile Mechanics.
• Proactively resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain service delivery.
• Support growth of Mobile Mechanics by delivering a reliable customer experience.
