Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our London maintenance team. You will be the go-to expert for a portfolio of prime commercial properties, handling everything from routine checks to emergency repairs across West London.

You'll be out and about in your company van, tackling planned and reactive maintenance, working with AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, diagnosing faults and keeping buildings running smoothly. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with weekends free.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Solid experience in a commercial maintenance role.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence navigating London.

Responsibilities

• Tackle planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Hands-on with AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and plumbing.
• Diagnose faults and keep clients' buildings running smoothly.
• Work a standard Monday to Friday week.
