Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile role around the Bristol area. You will maintain mechanical plant, including hot water pumps, AHU and fan coil units, and basic plumbing, with compliance checks.

Applicants should hold at least Level 2 City and Guilds (mechanical or electrical), have a strong building services maintenance background, a full UK driving licence, and be willing to travel. On‑call responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 City & Guilds mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance.
• Strong mechanical maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical plant including hot water pumps, AHU and fan coil units.
• Carrying out basic plumbing and plant room maintenance.
• Perform compliance checks and respond to planned and reactive maintenance.
