Job summary
HVAC Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team covering sites across Bristol and Bath. You will perform planned maintenance, compliance checks and general building services work on commercial offices, care homes and residential/commercial properties.
You will mainly handle PPMs (about 60%), tap temperature maintenance, fire alarm checks, emergency lighting inspections and routine site duties.
Responsibilities
- PPMs make up around 60% of the role
- Maintenance and testing of tap temperatures
- Fire alarm checks and maintenance
- Emergency lighting inspections and testing
- General building maintenance duties across multiple sites
