Job summary

Staffline seeks a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in the North South Birmingham area. You will handle non-technical repairs and minor PPMs, and support planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant across sites in the designated region.

The role offers a 40-hour week, travel time paid after 30 minutes each way, and OT rates. A pension, private healthcare, and employee discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.
• Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and assess requirements of the job.
• Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.
