Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician for roles across North Birmingham/Wolverhampton. The position offers a £30K salary, a 40-hour week, and travel time paid after half an hour each way.

You will support non-technical repairs, PPMs, and reactive maintenance on supermarket contracts across the designated region.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing) - Preferrable
• Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment

Responsibilities

• Assist other technicians with maintenance work.
• Complete all PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.
• Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
• Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.

Mobile Maintenance Technician

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM&'s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within the designated region.
