Job summary

Omega is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will work on our leading supermarket contracts across the Wolverhampton area, carrying out non-technical repairs, minor PPMs, and assisting in planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant at various sites.

Responsibilities include supporting other technicians, completing PPMs and reactive schedules, responding to Helpdesk calls, prioritising minor tasks, and ensuring tools are available and

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing) – Preferable.
• Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Technicians with maintenance work.
• Complete all necessary PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.
• Respond promptly to service call requests from the Helpdesk and assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
• Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensure all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.

Job description

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPM&'s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites within the designated region.

Qualifications & Experience – Mobile Maintenance Technician

• 40 hour week
• Travel time paid after half hour each way
• OT paid at 1.5x Mon – Fri / 2x Sat-Sun
