Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a Building Labourer to support repairs, maintenance and cleaning across properties in Plymouth. The role includes carrying out various tasks, reporting defects, and keeping accurate records using the job system. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, safety-conscious approach are essential.

Building Labourer post with LiveWest, a South West housing association, maintaining and improving its homes and services. The work covers repairs, general maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling at customers' properties, with defects identified and materials managed on each job. It is a mobile role centred on Plymouth, with a company van and a 40-hour permanent pattern. A full manual UK driving licence is essential, and the post cannot be sponsored with a Certificate of Sponsorship.
