Job summary

Bromford is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Assistant for the Bromford Flagship LiveWest project across Northfield/Bromsgrove. You’ll maintain communal green spaces, engage with residents from diverse backgrounds, and deliver high-quality service.

Training is provided for equipment like mowers and hedge cutters; a UK driving licence is required, and a Basic DBS check will be carried out to ensure a secure environment. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or willingness to learn in the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices.
