Job summary

QuickSource Group Ltd in Brighton is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to deliver high-quality planned (PPM) and reactive facilities maintenance across a mobile portfolio of commercial sites in the Brighton area.

You'll perform fault-finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, heating, ventilation, and water systems, carry out plant checks and maintenance, and ensure compliance with current safety standards. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of current regulations and safety standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
• Fault-find on lighting, power, distribution boards, heating, ventilation, and hot/cold water systems.
• Plant checks and maintenance.
• Mechanical systems.
• Conduct emergency lighting testing, fire alarm checks, and basic statutory compliance inspection.
• Diagnose and repair urgent equipment failures to minimise business downtime.
