Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd in South London is seeking an experienced Mobile M&E Technician to join a facilities management team covering sites across the region. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep client sites running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical fault-finding, with a focus on safety and compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential, and previous FM/building services experience is preferred.

Salary: £45,000

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Mobile M&E Technician to join a Facilities Management contract covering sites across South London.

The successful engineer will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance, supporting the day-to-day operation of client sites.

Ideally, you'll have
