Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile M&E Supervisor to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, ensure PPMs, reactive repairs and remedial works are completed safely and to a high standard.

Reporting to the facilities management team, you will liaise with clients, manage a small team of 3 technicians, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 3 technicians and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic systems.
• Experience with PPMs and reactive repairs.
• Experience in risk assessments and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 3 technicians to deliver service across operations.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to SLA targets.
• Maintain backlog of PPM tasks and ensure reactive work completed promptly.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Attend client calls and meetings and follow up actions.
• Conduct performance reviews and support development.
• Carry out risk assessments, site log books and safety audits.
