Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Mobile M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance across commercial properties. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure PPM tasks are completed on time and within SLA targets, and manage reactive work efficiently.

The role requires knowledge of commercial and domestic systems, familiarity with PPM standards such as SFG20, strong fault-finding skills, and City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in commercial properties.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PPM scheduling and SLAs.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of technicians to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance to meet SLA targets.
• Maintain backlog of PPM tasks and complete reactive work timely.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams for clear communication.
• Attend client calls and meetings; ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Provide first-line management through performance reviews and coaching.
• Carry out risk assessments, site safety audits and maintain log books.
