Job summary

JLL in Sittingbourne (Kent) and Maidenhead is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support client facilities teams across three sites. You will perform daily checks, complete PPMs, handle reactive tasks and manage contractors, RAMS, and safety compliance while travelling between sites in a company-provided vehicle.

You will work with the Account Manager to deliver reliable building services, monitor asset performance, and ensure regulatory adherence, with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• C&G Level 2/3 Diploma and 18th edition are required.
• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Parts 2 are required.
• 18th edition certificate essential.
• Strong maintenance experience on electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete all PPMs within SLA.
• Carry out reactive tasks.
• Operate all site building systems competently.
• Manage on-site contractors and RAMS.
• Maintain CAFM and update data.
• Attend client and operations meetings.
• Promote Safety First culture and Cardinal Rules.
• Provide accurate reports and time sheets.
