Job summary

JLL in London seeks a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance at a busy site near London Bridge. You will drive PPM tasks, generate technical reports and liaise with the team and clients to ensure contractual compliance.

The role requires solid maintenance experience, 18th Edition eligibility, and strong communication. On-site work with shift hours from 7am to 4pm, offering progression and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in Maintenance or similar.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (can attain 18th Edition if only 17th).
• C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification.
• Excellent communication skills with all staff levels.
• Proactive in achieving high operation standards.
• Strong IT and report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance per PPM and schedules.
• Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Use systems to keep contractual obligations compliant.
• Communicate clearly with team and clients at all times.
• Provide first line out-of-hours call-out for the site.
• Write activity reports accurately and timely.
• Assist management with quotations for extra works.
• Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
• Maintain weekly time sheets and ensure accuracy.
