Job summary

Hydraquip Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a field-based technician to replace hydraulic hoses and components at customer sites. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs safely, and maintain strong customer relations while working independently and using the company mobile app for job updates.

The role includes participation in an on-call rota, typically one week in every four, with company van provided and a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Update jobs and reports via the company mobile app.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.

What we're looking for

Essential experience

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting

• Commercial awareness or customer development experience
