Job summary

Hydraquip is the UK’s leading independent Hose & Hydraulics company, delivering reliable service across diverse client sites. This role involves visiting customer sites to replace hoses and components, diagnosing faults, and performing safe repairs with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

You will work independently, log updates on the company mobile app, and build lasting relationships with customers. On-call duties are part of the role, with rota involvement.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Comfortable working on customer sites and diagnosing faults.
• Experience in hose replacement or mechanical fitting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Update jobs and reports via the company mobile app.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
• Building relationships with new and existing customers

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Confidence dealing directly with customers

Desirable Experience

• Mobile or on‑call engineering experience
• Commercial awareness or customer development experience

This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
