Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Mobile HVACR Service Technician to join our field service team covering the North East region. You will service, maintain and commission water chillers, AC and HVAC systems across multiple customer sites.

With a strong focus on safety, you will fault-find and repair chillers, DX, AHUs and ventilation plant, interpreting schematics and data while ensuring thorough documentation and proactive improvements. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in HVAC (Level 3 desirable) required or equivalent.
• F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 certification essential.
• Proven experience as an HVAC/Chiller service engineer.
• Strong electrical, controls and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret schematics, piping diagrams and technical data.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and commissioning water chillers, AC and HVAC systems.
• Fault-finding and repair across chillers and ventilation plant.
• Work with leading manufacturers and document work clearly.
• Operate safely in line with Zero Harm culture.
