Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Heathrow Airport team. You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on chillers and HVAC equipment on a static site, with occasional travel to other locations as required.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in HVAC, Level 3 desirable, F-Gas 2079 Cat 1, UK driving licence, and a proven track record in commissioning, fault-finding and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in HVAC (Level 3 desirable)
• Experience as HVAC Service Engineer
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience with chillers, DX, split, VRV systems, AHUs

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on chillers and HVAC equipment at Heathrow Airport.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and fault troubleshooting.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
• Work in line with customer agreements and health and safety standards.
