Worcester Bosch invites applications for a Mobile Training Engineer covering the North-West region. The role delivers structured training across customer sites, Worcester Bosch academies, and partners, equipping installers and internal staff with knowledge to install, service, and maintain products safely and effectively.

You will travel to multiple training locations, with occasional overnight stays, and contribute to content updates and trainer development within a market-leading training team.

Qualifications

• ACS CCN1 & CENWAT qualifications or equivalent
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent
• Full driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and engaging product training sessions.
• Support professional development for installers and apprentices.
• Promote best practice in installation, maintenance and safety.
• Enhance customer experience and Worcester Bosch’s reputation for technical expertise.
• Prepare and update course content to current standards.
• Maintain and present training centre to high standards.
• Participate in train-the-trainer initiatives for new products/services.
• Develop technical skills and market knowledge continually.
