Job summary

Johnson Controls UK&I Service team is seeking an HVAC Service Engineer for our North-West mobile role. You will be the main contact for technical service issues and routine maintenance across customer sites, ensuring high service standards.

You will troubleshoot HVACR systems, perform preventative maintenance, generate detailed service reports, and recommend upgrades, while prioritising safety and clear communication with clients and the team.

Qualifications

• HVAC service, maintenance and breakdowns experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical schemes and piping diagrams.
• Self-sufficient, detail-oriented and team-oriented.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for technical service issues and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVACR issues following defined processes and service agreements.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PPM) and propose upgrades.
• Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation.
