Job summary

Worcester Bosch is hiring a Mobile Training Engineer to cover the North-West region. You will deliver practical training at customer locations and Worcester Bosch academies, develop installers and apprentices, and promote best practices in installation, maintenance and safety across the field.

The role requires travel across the UK with overnight stays and ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates will have ACS CCN1 & CENWAT, NVQ Level 3 in plumbing/heating, and a full driving licence,

Qualifications

ACS CCN1 & CENWAT qualifications - other industry qualifications are advantageous
NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experience
Full driving licence

Responsibilities

Delivering practical and engaging product training sessions.
Supporting professional development for installers and apprentices.
Promoting best practice in installation, maintenance, and safety.
Enhancing customer experience and strengthening Worcester Bosch’s reputation for technical expertise, industry knowledge and quality
Prepare and update course content and training materials to ensure the offering is in-line with current standards and market development
Maintain, enhance, and ensure the operational readiness and presentation of the training centre to the highest standards.
Participate in "train the trainer" initiatives for new products and services.
Actively develop your own technical skills and keep your market knowledge up to date
