Job summary

Fusion People are seeking an experienced HVAC/Air Conditioning Engineer for a mobile contract covering two research sites in Chelsea and Sutton, London. The role is temporary with a view to permanent and starts ASAP, finishing end of October.

You will perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on air conditioning, refrigeration and AHU assets, with some M&E work. The week typically splits 3 days at Sutton and 2 at Chelsea, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, 40 hours, with occasional

Qualifications

F–Gas 2079 Category 1 is required.
NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or City & Guilds equivalent.
Post-qualification maintenance experience.
Clean driving licence; mobility between Chelsea and Sutton sites.
Experience using a CAFM system.
PASMA, IPAF and 18th Edition are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Deliver planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on air conditioning, refrigeration and AHU assets.
Include some mechanical and M&E works as part of duties.
Work week typically split: 3 days at Sutton, 2 days at Chelsea.
Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00; 40 hours per week; on-call rota with shift allowance.
