Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to coordinate HVAC planned and preventive maintenance, deliver high levels of service to clients, and respond to reactive breakdowns safely and efficiently.

Based at client sites in Chelsea & Sutton, you will report to the Contract Manager and develop good working relationships with customer representatives while ensuring the service agreement is delivered with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Air/Conditioning maintenance.
• Formal recognised City and Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 in air conditioning & refrigeration.
• PASMA and IPAF desirable.
• IET 18th edition desirable.
• Experience using a CAFM system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC planned and preventive maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
• Report to the Contract Manager and maintain client relationships to meet service agreement standards.

Job description

Role: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Chelsea & Sutton

Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Perm)

Hours: Monday- Friday

Rota

Please note that the role may require the individual to work a shift pattern working late and weekends for which an additional shift allowance will be paid

Job Purpose

To coordinate all resources and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to clients with maximum efficiency and in a safe, sustainable and collaborative manner.

General Overview

To report directly to the Contract Manager with responsibility for the delivery of HVAC planned and preventive maintenance including reactive breakdowns.

The role will involve the development and maintenance of good working relationships with customer representatives and work in a manner which ensures that all aspects of the service agreement between Equans and the customers are delivered with the requisite levels of professionalism.

Qualifications or Required Experience

• Apprenticeship in Air/Conditioning maintenance
• Formal recognised City and Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 air conditioning & refrigeration
• PASMA & IPAF would be desirable
• IET 18th edition would be desirable
• Previous experience of using a CAFM system
