Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Mobile HGV Technician for a busy workshop in Hull with the hub in Immingham. The role involves maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs, with travel to Gainsborough and Grantham, and occasional Hull depot work. A company van is provided for travel between sites.

The candidate will diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and ensure work meets safety and quality standards, documenting maintenance records accurately.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (HGV licence beneficial)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 06:00-14:00/ 08:00-16:00

Salary: £37,000-£40,000

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile HGV Technician to join a busy and well-established workshop in Hull. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a stable, full-time role with a competitive hourly rate and structured working pattern. The hub for this role will be in Immingham, and there will be travel also to Gainsborough and Grantham. From time to time you will work in the Hull Depot, but a company van will be provided for company travel.

The Role

As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs
• Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment
• Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
• Completing job cards and maintenance records accurately

Requirements
