Job summary

Your World Recruitment is recruiting Health Care Support Workers for mobile clinics across the UK. This locum role requires a minimum of 12 months’ phlebotomy experience, venepuncture competency and the ability to work in outpatient settings.

You will support data collection, clinical measurements, and safe sample handling in a fast-paced environment. Role involves rotating across sites, providing participant-centred care, and assisting the clinical team with patient flow and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ phlebotomy experience with validated venepuncture competency.
• Experience working in an outpatient or clinical environment.
• First Aid training is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with participants, colleagues and visitors.
• Flexibility to travel between sites to support service needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical measurements: blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, waist.
• Conduct venous blood sampling and ensure proper handling and labeling.
• Monitor participant welfare and escalate concerns promptly.
• Support participant flow and provide on-site administrative assistance.
• Prepare and package samples for courier collection.
