Job summary

Your World Healthcare UK is looking for a Healthcare Assistant with at least 12 months of phlebotomy experience to join our mobile clinic teams delivering NHS services. You will perform venepuncture, vital measurements, and ensure accurate data capture across England’s mobile clinics.

The role supports clinical staff, maintains patient flow, and provides administrative help during busy periods. Immediate start on a temporary booking with flexible shifts is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' phlebotomy experience with competent venepuncture.
• Experience in outpatient or similar clinical environment.
• Trained in Basic Life Support (ILS/ALS desirable).
• Strong communication and collaboration across clinical teams.
• Understanding of KPIs, risk assessment, incident reporting, and infection prevention.
• Motivated, adaptable and able to work in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood pressure, pulse, height and weight measurements and venous blood sampling.
• Record measurements and samples promptly in the clinical system.
• Support participant flow and on-site operational delivery.
• Provide signposting, advice and guidance to participants as needed.
• Prepare and package samples for courier collection.
• Escalate risks and incidents to the team lead when necessary.
