Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Mobile General Assistant to support a fast-paced food and beverage operation in the Worcester area. You will prepare meals for the school team and pupils, keep areas clean and stocked, and assist with deliveries while observing hygiene and safety rules.

Candidate should be a reliable team player with punctuality and good communication. A driving licence is required; travel to different sites may be necessary. Term-time roles offer structured hours and benefits.

• Full UK Driving Licence required for this position and own vehicle may be needed as travel to different site may be required.

As Mobile General Assistant for Sodexo Covering the Worcester area you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation.

You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, ensuring we are offering the best service possible.

What you do:

Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.

Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean and hygienic always.

Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.

Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.

Follow health and safety guidelines.

Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.

Always uphold the reputation of the company.

10.000 miles per miles 0.45pence miles, after it will be 0.25pence per mile) 20 hours per week Working pattern: Monday

Friday, 10am - 2pm Term Time only (39 week Working Contract paid over 52 weeks)*

This position requires and Driving Licence and access to a vehicle ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE REIMBURSED Retention BONUS for all attached mobile roles - £200 on successful completion of 12 week probation, further £300 after 52 weeks complete employment in role. **Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks.

This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month.
