Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to cover London for a leading facilities service provider. You will service, repair and maintain commercial gas systems across a portfolio of high-end offices and contracts.

The role offers a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience, with 1 in 14 callouts at £150 per week, regular hours Monday to Friday, and room for progression through training and pension.

Qualifications

• Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Full driving license.
• Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas).

Responsibilities

• Deliver, service, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties.
• Reactive maintenance across client's portfolio of properties.
• Self-delivery of smaller installations.
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
• Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment.
• Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
• Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationship.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering London, working on a mixture of commercial contracts, including high-end offices and unique contracts.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live in the Greater London region but applications from all areas are welcome.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience, with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
• 1 in 14 Callout - £150 pw
