Vertu FM is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer for permanent, full-time employment in the Kent/South East London patch, with a company van and benefits.

Role involves planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on gas and heating systems in commercial sites, servicing boilers and burners, and responding to service desk requests. You must hold CCN1, COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1 certifications and have a full UK driving licence.

Formación

• CCN1, COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1 certificates required.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on gas equipment (commercial and/or domestic).
• Strong customer service and IT/reporting skills; able to work independently.

Commercial Gas Engineer

Permanent Full Time

£40,000-£48,000 plus vehicle and package

Kent/South East London

We are working with a reputable and growing national facilities management contractor that delivers planned and reactive building maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial buildings.

Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for their mobile engineering team.

The Role:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to gas and heating systems on commercial sites
• Service, fault-find and repair commercial and domestic boilers, water heaters, pipework and associated controls.
• Servicing and repairing forced draught burners, natural draught flued appliances and room sealed appliances
• Respond to jobs from the service desk and plan work to meet agreed response times.
• Identify additional repairs, advise on replacement needs and support quotations where required.
• Keep job progress and completion information up to date on company systems.

The Person:

• You must hold CCN1, COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1
• Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on commercial and/or domestic gas equipment.
• Strong customer service, sound IT/reporting skills and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling throughout the regional patch.

The Package:

Basic salary £40,000 - £48,000

Permanent, full-time

Monday-Friday

Overtime available

Company van and travel paid after the first and last 30 minutes of each day.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
