Primary Objectives and Main Role

Mobile Fragrance Sales Consultant
Are you passionate about fragrance? Look no further!

We are seeking an engaging and passionate Part-time Fragrance Sales Consultant to work at Boots St Enoch and Boots Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow. As a Mobile Fragrance Sales Consultant, you will contribute to the overall success of the store through excellent product knowledge, teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your role involves promoting, enhancing, and maintaining the company's image and reputation among customers.

Key Responsibilities and Standards

• Sell fragrance and beauty products to meet retail sales targets set by the company.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge across various brands.
• Achieve sales targets and provide a total brand experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring traffic-stopping interactions.
• Communicate relevant information to the Line Manager as required.
• Maintain company standards, including excellent grooming at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a similar industry with sales targets.
• A passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury brands; previous industry experience is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a seven-day rota.
• Part-time position: 2 days a week (15 hours), with hours scheduled to suit business needs.
• Commission based on personal sales performance.
• Product allocation after a qualifying period.
