Job summary

Interaction Technical is seeking a mobile forklift engineer to diagnose faults, service and repair forklifts and plant equipment across customer sites in the UK. The role is field-based, full-time, with a Monday to Friday schedule in Milton Keynes area, door-to-door pay, overtime at 1.5x, company van and fuel card.

You will need strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, experience with hydraulics, engines and battery systems, and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults, service, and repair forklifts and plant equipment.
• Attend breakdowns and perform emergency repairs on-site.
• Work independently across customer sites while maintaining high service standards.
• Liaise with customers to provide effective solutions.
• Complete service reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Travel to various sites for planned and reactive maintenance.

Salary: £35,000 - £44,000 basic

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Door-to-door paid + overtime at 1.5x)
