Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service recycling equipment across the North/Midlands. Salary includes up to £47,840 base with substantial overtime, van, fuel card, laptop, phone, PPE and pension. Travel to client sites, stay-away weeks and a 1-in-7 call-out rota are included.

Experience with PLCs and electrical fault finding is required; an electrical qualification (16th/18th Edition) is essential. Training is provided, with progression opportunities in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and electrical fault finding.
• Electrical qualification required (16th/18th edition or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel and stay away as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing damaged parts and reassembling at clients sites.
• Electrical and mechanical service and fitting components to meet specifications and standards.
• Lots of overtime and call-out rota (1 in 7).
• Stay away weeks for installs and commissioning when required.
