Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair mobile/industrial electrical equipment across the North/Midlands. The role includes extensive travel, site installations, and on-site fault diagnostics, with a strong overtime component and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work on electrical and mechanical repairs, carry parts, and respond to service calls across multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and electrical fault finding.
• Electrical qualifications – 16th/18th Edition and Level 3 Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace damaged parts and reassemble at client sites.
• Electrical and mechanical service and fitting components to meet specifications and standards.
• Provide extensive overtime opportunities and cover travel.
• Attend client sites across the North/Midlands as required.

Field Service Engineer required for a fast growing and reputable recycling company offering lots of overtime and training on the equipment.

To apply for the Field Service Engineer role you need experience with PLC’s and electrical fault finding. Engineers need to have an electrical qualification.

You’ll be responsible for electrical and mechanical repair work on recycling equipment at client’s sites across the Southeast and East Anglia.

The Field Service Engineer Role:

• Repairing or replacing damaged parts and reassembling at client’s sites
• Electrical and mechanical service and fitting components to meet specifications and standards
• Lots of overtime
• Call out rota 1 week in 7
• Stay away in the week when needed primarily for install and commissioning

The Field Service Engineer Required:

• PLC’s and electrical fault finding
• Comfortable with travel and stay away when needed
• Electrical qualifications – 16 to 18th Edition and level 3 electrical or equivalent
