Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service mobile/industrial equipment across the South East and East Anglia. You will travel to client sites, handle electrical and mechanical repairs, and participate in a rota with regular call-outs. Overtime opportunities are substantial and training is provided.

The role requires PLC experience and electrical fault-finding skills, plus an electrical qualification. A full-time field-based position offering progression and company benefits.

Qualifications

• PLCs and electrical fault finding.
• Travel and field-based work required.
• Electrical qualifications: 16th to 18th Edition and level 3 electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace damaged parts and reassemble at client sites.
• Perform electrical and mechanical service and fitting to specifications.
• Lots of overtime is available.
• Call-out rota: 1 week in 7.
• Stay-away when needed, primarily for installs and commissioning.
