MEP Hire is seeking a Mobile Service Support Engineer to service, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical plant across the M62 corridor and Greater Manchester. You’ll be mobile, with a company vehicle provided, and overtime opportunities to boost earnings.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will support branches and customers, diagnose faults, and share knowledge with apprentices. A driving licence and hands-on experience in plant or construction equipment are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in plant hire, construction equipment or tool hire environments.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a practical hands-on approach.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and fault-finding abilities.
• Willingness to travel between locations and support branches/customers.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, service, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.
• Attend branches and customer sites across the M62 corridor and Greater Manchester.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime for customers.
• Carry out inspections and certification of assets and customer-owned equipment.
• Provide hands-on engineering support and product demonstrations to colleagues and customers.
