Job summary

Vp plc is seeking a Service Engineer to repair MEP Hire and customers’ machines to manufacturer specifications and high standards. The role requires a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification, IT literacy, and a full UK driving licence.

You will be responsible for spares requests, cost allocation, and maintaining safety and compliance at the branch level. We expect applicants to have industry experience though it is not essential, and you will play a key role in upskilling and developing

Qualifications

• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualification.
• IT literate with ability to navigate digital tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to MEP Hire and customers’ machines following manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Ensure spares are requested and damaged/worn stickers are replaced for accurate records.
• Take responsibility for health and safety within the branch and ensure HSE compliance.
