King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join its Operations team. Based on site, you will perform a range of PPM tasks and inspections in line with SFG20, maintaining AHUs, boilers, heat exchangers and related systems.

You will oversee contractor activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and generate weekly reports for the FM supervisor. A UK driving licence and HVAC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Data centre or clean room production experience required.
• Proficiency with PC and MS Office applications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• C&G Air Source Heat Pump Systems (2924) and F GAS/ODS regulations (2079) exposure.

Responsabilités

• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks daily, weekly, monthly and 6-monthly per SFG20.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical plant services to industry standards.
• Oversee subcontractor activities with risk assessments and QHSE permits.
• Produce weekly site activity reports for FM supervisor.
• Co-ordinate contractor visits and ensure client security protocols are followed.
• Support knowledge of AHUs, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps and ventilation systems.
