Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited is seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our nationwide team. You will perform scheduled planned maintenance and reactive works across assigned sites, covering electrical or mechanical (HVAC) disciplines, and submit quotes for needed remedial work when identified.

You will manage time and workload effectively, document compliance on a tablet, and keep CAFM updates current to inform clients and your lead engineer.

Qualifications

Experience with HVAC plant and equipment in building services maintenance.
Good communication skills and ability to document maintenance activities clearly.
Basic IT literacy to use tablet and CAFM systems.
Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within assigned buildings by attendance dates.
Update legal compliance documentation via tablet to a high standard.
Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the CAFM system and brief the lead engineer.
