Job summary
Facilitate Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management business in Manchester.
The role covers planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across multiple commercial properties, with a focus on AHU and HVAC systems and a strong salary package including a company van. The successful candidate will have a solid mechanical building services background, full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across the North West and Midlands
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical/building services maintenance background.
- Experience maintaining AHUs and HVAC systems.
- Good plumbing knowledge and experience with hot/cold water systems.
- Commercial facilities management experience.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Perform reactive maintenance and fault finding.
- Maintain AHUs, HVAC plant and pumps/valves.
- Complete compliance and maintenance documentation.
- Travel across Manchester and occasional trips to other sites in the North West and Midlands.
