Job summary

MI5 is seeking a Senior Hard Services Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and service management across our property portfolio. You will lead a team of 8–12 engineers, collaborate with internal stakeholders and a facilities management partner to ensure resilient, safe, and efficient operations across London and surrounding locations.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus a degree in engineering and experience managing large FM

Qualifications

• Senior level hard services facilities management with expertise in MEP systems.
• Degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound FM contracts through a strategic supplier partner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality service management and maintenance across key properties.
• Provide technical leadership to teams of engineers and stakeholders.
• Engage with FM partner to ensure a joined-up, reliable service and drive best outcomes.
