Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Facilities Operative to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London, Essex, Kent and Surrey. This field-based role requires regular travel to multiple locations, delivering high-quality facilities support and maintaining sites to the highest standards.

Based in East London or West Essex, you will provide efficient access to our network of sites, respond promptly to operational requirements, and liaise with site contacts, suppliers and internal teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, building services, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly throughout the South East region.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client locations across London and the South East.
• Carry out planned and reactive facilities support activities.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
• Complete inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with site contacts, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and site visits.
• Support operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
