Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a proactive Mobile Facilities Operative to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London, Essex, Kent and Surrey. This field-based role requires regular travel to multiple locations, ensuring sites are maintained to the highest standards and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be based in East London or West Essex with access to a network of sites for prompt operational response. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client locations across London and the South East.
• Carry out planned and reactive facilities support activities.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
• Complete inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with site contacts, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and site visits.
• Support operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Mobile Facilities Operative to support a portfolio of sites across Greater London, Essex, Kent, and Surrey.

• Travel between multiple client locations across London and the South East.
• Carry out planned and reactive facilities support activities.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
• Complete inspections and report maintenance requirements.
